Was hoping to use these on my hair to prevent damage from hair clips but they seem to not having helped me. My hair is thin, silky and long so it just slipped out no matter how hard I tried (watched a few YouTube tutorials). Even the teeth fell out. I think you need more texture/body for them to work. Don't expect anything from the packaging/presentation; it comes in a resealable plastic bag. There are two pieces of each piece as shown in the photos. They are very beautiful and detailed. Some are shorter than others, I show pictures with the shortest and tallest. Out of 22 hair sticks only one was damaged. It may not have been in bubble wrap. I gave half of these hair sticks to my daughter and she loved them. She took each one and styled her hair with it. You are strong. Some are longer than others but they are all beautiful. There are a few of them that you can hang small pendants on.
