Looks accurate but awkward to use. First, the red LED display is too dim to be seen in the sun. Even in the garage, it's hard to see. The most frustrating thing is that it turns itself off automatically almost every time I retest my tire. Read the tire pressure - it is too high. Wait 20 seconds and release some air. Take the pressure gauge (still accept) and start retesting. When I put it back on the valve stem it goes off. This particular model was recommended to me for its accuracy. I have a few other brands (SAFELIFE 2 pack digital tire pressure gauge, 100psi, 4 settings, backlit LCD and non-slip grip) that seem to be just as accurate and a lot easier to use. This comes in a box.
