This vacuum is why I'm online right now - it's so bad that I'm looking for another Parts are cheap and it can't handle more than two rooms at a time. When you empty the canister, the dust is EVERYWHERE. It was a terrible vacuum cleaner. I tried out the new filters by pulling the hair out of the brush and cleaning it after each room. It still doesn't pick up lint from my carpet. But he's gathering dust, so at least he's doing something right. Better look elsewhere if you don't want to be disappointed!
