Best supplement Goes with

For some people it may be useful to take each ingredient individually to have more control over the dosage. But if you want to save yourself that headache, I think this is the best and most underrated non-protein supplement on the market; whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, skin health, heart health, or brain health. It's all in one. Don't be afraid to take the maximum dose!

I bought this product in February 2015 and have used it from time to time if I can remember. I am very undisciplined when it comes to taking dietary supplements etc. I bought it for weight loss promises. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in August 2015, in late 2015 my bones felt like they were rubbing together when walking. I normally only buy high quality omegas for joint and performance. I came across this mix while researching and was intrigued by the combination, the reviews, and the overall quality of the product.
