I bought this product in February 2015 and have used it from time to time if I can remember. I am very undisciplined when it comes to taking dietary supplements etc. I bought it for weight loss promises. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in August 2015, in late 2015 my bones felt like they were rubbing together when walking. I heard about the benefits of Omega 3 so I revisited this supplement. Remarkably, I don't have that crunching sensation on the days I take it. PLEASE NOTE that this does nothing for the pain - unfortunately I take other medication for it. But the relief he brings to that awful feeling is amazing. I will also start watching weight loss but for now. I love this product.
