Review on Silicone Baking Mats Set Professional by Chris Hall

I read some reviews about silicone baking mats and decided to buy this product. Looking at the prices I figured buying 4 would get me more bang for my buck but I was a bit wary based on the reviews. I went with it and hoped for the best. The rugs arrived on Saturday and were used right after the first wash. Overall the mat performed better than expected as we always prepare for the worst and hope for the best. First we baked broccoli and carrots and it was delicious. There was no smoke or weird taste after the veggies were cooked, and cleanup was easy. For the next test, we baked chicken wings and got the same results. Excellent tasting wings with a good crispy crust. Then there were some keto-friendly turkey ham cheese nachos and plenty of cheese, right on a silicon mat baked at 390 degrees. Excellent results, melted cheese without sticking and easy cleaning. Since they had to be rated at 450 degrees, we chose parchment paper to toast the nachos under the roaster. All in all we are delighted with these silicone baking mats and so far we couldn't be happier. Cookie baking will be the next test but for now I would recommend these mats so 4 stars for now as I have a limited test sample size.
