I am a regular Micro Ingredients customer and buy their L-Theanine, Hyaluronic Acid etc. This pea protein powder is clean, nicely packaged and high quality. BUT the taste is so bad that I had trouble swallowing it. Have you ever inhaled the smell of cowhide when you were outside in the rain and your fur is still wet after the rain has stopped? The powder tastes like I'm drinking wet cowhide. The smell of pea protein didn't bother me. taste ready! The taste cannot be masked by spices, chocolate or fruit. Micro ingredients must be able to do something tasty! Looking at the reviews of other brands of pea protein, it seems like almost all of them have the same flavor issues! want to make sausages and burgers with pea protein, a lean protein that tastes like sausages and meat burgers. Pea protein is the basis. If anyone reading this knows a good pea protein powder that is flavorless please leave the brand name in the comments section. I would be very grateful! Thank you!
