Review on πŸ‹οΈ Weight Lifting Knee Sleeves (Pair w/Bag) – Ideal for Squats, Deadlifts, and Cross-Training – Suitable for Home Workouts & Gym Weightlifting by Ron Chang

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great fit, stays snug, used for squats, deadlifts and running.

****UPDATE*** 7/1/2020 Purchased last October. I've noticed that the elasticity of the fit gets looser rather than tight, so basically after 3 months you have to buy something new. I'm not saying it's bad, just updating the durability info. ****Original Review**** I have used them for heavy squats, deadlifts and also running on the treadmill, for me they fit snugly over the knee throughout the workout, didn't slide down, didn't have to keep slipping pull them up . To compare them to bandages, I felt better with sleeves, they allowed for better movement and didn't make me feel like I was cutting off blood flow. You have to have good cartilage, ligaments, tendons, as well as hamstrings, quads and glutes to to keep the knee strong. I looked at Tommy Kono sleeves which I didn't use but they were half the price and didn't disappoint at all. They seem to go out of their way to help with any problems. Tips: After a workout, don't try to pull them up from the bottom, just grab the upper part toward the thigh and pull down like you're flipping a sock. If you need extra support at the bottom or top of the knee, just fold it back a little. I give my age so you don't think I'm 20, I'm 48 years old. Hope that helps.
