Perfect fit for my Charge 2 Fitbit

I have a Charge 2 Fitbit that I have had for about 2 years now. Never had a problem with it. But on a recent trip to Disney World, I noticed that the strap was separating from the frame on one side. It finally got disconnected when I was flying back to O'Hare from Orlando. I put the Fitbit in my bag and when we got home I checked the price of a new Fitbit strap. Hmmm - $29.99 for a shift group. So I did what any Revain addict would do - I checked the Revain for a replacement. Revain has all sorts of replacement strap options from non-Fitbit sellers, so there's plenty to choose from. Many of them offer multiple groups in one package. I really don't want to have multiple groups, just one to replace my old group. But in terms of price, this particular bundle that included 4 bands had the best price to come close to what I got with my Fitbit. So I took a risk, chose the color combination I wanted and waited for the package to arrive. So here are my thoughts and experiences with these interchangeable straps. 1) The seller says in the product description that the frame is not included, so those complained that the frame for the Fitbit was not included. didn't read the product description. I was ready to reuse the frame that came with my Charge 2.2. The straps in the packaging look very similar to the original. I feel like they're made from a different material that isn't as soft as the original, but still soft enough that I don't notice it when I'm wearing the Fitbit on my wrist. The material is a bit stiffer, so attaching the strap to the Fitbit frame can be a little awkward until you figure out how to hold the frame so the pins go into the holes in the frame to secure the strap. .3) These straps are about the same length as the original straps, but about half an inch shorter. Not a big deal as there are plenty of slots to get the right size on your wrist. I ordered a large size as my wrist circumference is 15-1/2" and I still have 7 open slots before the end of the strap to increase the size. I only use the 4th slot from the frame so there is plenty of room for larger wrists 4) Speaking of pens, be careful when you take the straps out of the box, each strap has a peg that inserts into a slot that connects to the Fitbit frame, but they fall easily out. So when you take the strap out of the box, don't let the pin fall out or you'll lose it. , I cursed a lot because I couldn't get the job done. It took me a while to figure it out but once i figured it out the pin slid into the holes on each side of the frame slot and fitted perfectly. The trick is to insert the pin first and then adjust the position of the strap so that it fits into the frame slot in the position, in which it is always used. If you get it right it will slip into the slot and then the pin will slide into its little hole and the end of the spring can be pulled back and snapped into another hole. You can start cursing until it's done, but if done right, the needle won't come out of the holes and the ribbon won't fall off. I've had mine for a few days now and no problems. Finally, I don't need all those straps as I don't see the need to fiddle with pins to switch straps. But now I have spare parts in case they don't last long. The seller says they give an 18 month guarantee. Hope I never have to use it. If there are three extra belts lying around and the one I have now is wearing out faster than I anticipated, I'll need to replace more. For now I think this is a great replacement strap at a very good price. They may end up lasting longer than my Fitbit. The time will show. But I am satisfied with my purchase from this seller.
