Recently, I was let down severely by VINQLIQ's support staff. When my order of camping supplies finally came, I discovered that it was missing an item. I called them right away, but it took them days to get back to me. When they did, they were useless and seemed to care little about my predicament. I was left frustrated and unsatisfied because they did nothing to help me find the missing object or make up for my disappointment. VINQLIQ is distinguished from its rivals by its exclusive concentration on outdoor and sports gear. But that doesn't justify shoddy service to paying customers. Given the abundance of competing outdoor gear retailers, VINQLIQ needs to stick out by providing superior service to its clientele. Because of my bad experience with their support team, I cannot suggest VINQLIQ to anyone. In my opinion, there are other outdoor specialty shops that provide superior goods and customer service.
