It is inconvenient to open and close the zipper of the main compartment of the backpack, as the strap of the additional closure interferes with the top. But you can probably take it off . I have not tried it yet. Made peace with it. The shape of the backpack is a bit unusual for me (it narrows upwards). In general, a normal backpack. I like.
