Nice flange - hook

Not much to say here. I bought it to drive a homemade trailer with an electric winch so the cable doesn't rub against the trailer. That serves the purpose well. I like the fact that there is a cotter pin in the middle so I can route the cable over or under to keep it from slipping. Good price for that too.
