I like that they have good customer service! They always make sure you're satisfied with your shipment no matter how small or large it may seem at first glance!! Sometimes shipping can take longer than expected but IFI is very patient about waiting for their shipments so nothing too negative here :) Shipping rates could definitely use some improvement as well because sometimes there's not many options when looking through them compared other companies out there (such us UPS). My experience has been great all around though from start-to finish process was easy going along way friendly staff who made my job easier! The service is good and the customer support is great. They have all the tools you need and they make it simple for you to use them. I haven't found anything that I disliked at this time. We used them to ship parts from Europe to Canada. Shipping on time and easy to track. It was very easy to use! Easy to use platform for shipping parts.
