As for the recipe book, I followed the instructions for making regular whipped cream with trepidation, but hey, who am I to doubt the instructions. It says "2 cups heavy cream, 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, 4 tablespoons vanilla." Yes, I'm going to have a vanilla hangover tomorrow. Use your recipe and a gentle trigger finger and you'll be fine.
