Could be spongier good for me
I have tons of joint issues and I won't take pain meds. I use a lot of methods to curb pain. Mats are huge for me.These mats are okay. I have them directly against concrete. It helps, but if I know I'm going to be standing in an area alot, I add a big yoga mat to the floor.
