Pretty good overall. The pillow itself is very soft. The cover is good and well made, but I would wash it before use as it is a bit rough when new. Once opened, the pillow is difficult to put back in the carrying case. This is because the pillow comes in a vacuum pack that compresses the pillow. Once opened, it is extremely difficult to put back in the bag without first vacuuming. My only doubt is the choking hazard. However, this applies to any type of cushion or chaise longue. I don't think I would let my child sleep in it all night. I would only use it if I can keep an eye on my baby to see if they roll over.
