It was well packaged and I got it up and running in 20 minutes; works fine today. According to the description, the remote control was not included. I got a brand new remote, still in the box, from another seller for $13, which I thought was a good deal. Other remote controls do not work. I'm guessing it's a new old stock product, but it was cosmetically perfect. Good eBayers!
