This works great for switching mouse/keyboard between two computers. I tried adding a webcam and microphone with.unpredictable results, but that might be a Window's issue and not the fault of the product. Overall, I'm very happy with it!

I was expecting something plastic but this thing has a metal shell. Wasn't expecting that but it works exactly how I need it to. I ordered a 2.0 switch but it wasn't powered properly so my headphones wouldn't work fully. Once I got this one, everything worked perfect between my work and home/game computer.

Have had zero issues since I got it last year. Definitely a nice tough exterior and everything works perfectly. With most of these make sure you have external power supplied or you'll have issues. With external power, no problems.

So much better than the cheap plastic ones out there, highly recommended, I have 6, one at each office location and a back up at each. Highly recommended. This product was easy to setup and is so functional. I can switch between laptops without having to move all the axillary cables from one machine to the other. Now It only takes a couple of seconds.

Was sharing a keyboard between 2 PCs but my W7 PC was incompatible. I hooked it up backwards to share but the W7 keyboard drivers got corrupted. Didn’t work for the application I needed. Now I want to get some use out of the purchase and switch between 2 cameras for different angles in a video presentation. Will the products support using the two IN ports as connection of cameras and have the 4 port side going to the PC?

I have a similar USB 3 switch that is a different brand, and this one is much better. The indicator light is easy to see, and the unit does some automatic switching when I plug my laptop into the other input. This USB switch has a metal enclosure which is nice also.

Works well. Keyboard, mouse, and external drive switch over from laptop to desktop in about a second. The box is powered, but not sure if I need to power it since the external drive is has its' own power and the keyboard and mouse don't use much power. Works good now, so not messing with it. How long it lasts is the question.

One of the cables from the device to the PC has issues every now and then and I'll have to re-seat the cable to fix it. Probably should buy better quality cables. The packaging was very sturdy and it was well packed. For the price it is worth it.

Use your monitor to switch between inputs. Use *this* to bring the mouse, keyboard, and camera along! So, instead of looking at $250+ video switchers, use the multiple inputs on your monitor to select which computer you want to display. Great quality for the price, very fast switching, and works with my Corsair K100 keyboard (with USB pass-through for the mouse). Assuming the durability holds up, this is exactly what I needed to use all of my peripherals with my work laptop and personal desktop.

I was hoping this would work, it had mostly good reviews. I have Win10 and Win7 desktops and wanted to share an external hard drive and a couple other devices. I tested it out with just the external hard drive connected, but the push button didn't switch from one pc to the other. It did nothing. So I had to return it.Updated: Revain sent me a replacement, and fast I might add, and it's been working perfectly.

Great little switch! I mainly use it to switch my keyboard and mouse between my two PCs, along with a hub.I wanted to be able to mount it to the back of my desk and access it remotely, so I soldered a long speaker wire to a momentary switch to the switch inside the unit. It works perfectly, and I've mounted the remote switch to the underside of my desk near the front, like a panic button for switching PC access!
