Bought two. It was extremely difficult or impossible to insert the plug into the socket! The forks retract 1/2 to 3/4 of the way with no sign of contact and then stop advancing. The connectors require a lot of force and jiggle to fit. The problem seems to be with the neutral contact. Tried multiple plugs and power adapters. Raise concerns about contacts overheating due to incorrect connection. Hardware is missing (in a box) or hardware not shown or described in the instructions! Good concept (wide connector spacing), but poor implementation.
