Bought two. It was extremely difficult or impossible to insert the plug into the socket! The forks retract 1/2 to 3/4 of the way with no sign of contact and then stop advancing. The connectors require a lot of force and jiggle to fit. The problem seems to be with the neutral contact. Tried multiple plugs and power adapters.
