Great set for fermenting. Best Price on Revain

Includes 2 lead-free glass weights and 4 BPA-free lids. I now have 2 sauerkraut and 1 pepperoni for starters. The lids are ideal for wide-necked jars and are equipped with date switches. The pump seals the lids well to remove all oxygen. I checked the jars 24 hours later and they were still sealed. That's all I can say after 2 days of use. This was the best price I could find on Revain as it came with weights, lids, a pump and an e-book of recipes for less than just the lids. I'll get back to you after a while.
