Now that I'm hooked on Thai Iced Tea this filter allows me to make large batches easily. Also cleans up very well just run water through it. Thai Iced Tea stains everything so the filter gets darker eventually but does not effect how it works. Sent one to my brother

Fits my 8 gallon brew pot perfectly. Cleans pretty easy and it is durable. I've used it 3 times already and no problems. The bags are not suitable for use with hot liquids!

I love how the drawstring held around the outside of my bucket while I was adding ingredients held up great during fermentation and washed clean with just rinsing water I would definitely recommend

I use this bag to strain the wort before putting it in the fermenter. Others had recommended going to Home Depot and getting a paint strainer bag. If you do that smell the bag and you'll notice a nylon smell that you don't want to get into your brew. These are food grade bags and exactly what you want.

So glad I finally bought some brew bags. I've brewed beer with them several times, and also used them to hold the grains in my whiskey mash, including during fermentation. Makes life less messy and NO MORE STRAINING!

The texture is soft but it smells. And the string is week, also the fiber easy to break. I used it to filter broth, and it takes forever. Not recommend for filter liquid with fine residue.

I didn't have these for my first batch of wine and it was a disaster trying to separate the cap out. These are a MUST FOR BREWING. Couldnt be happier!

Fine mesh bags, have one holding cherries for my mead right now, seems to be working great has its own pinch since to tie off cord.

I was looking for something to make compost tea and I liked the look of these bags better than what was being sold as compost tea bags. I have made the "tea" once and the bag worked perfectly. I only gave it four stars for ease of cleaning but if I was making cider it would probably be a 5 (tea stains :) )

product seems to work well to filter , have not tried to clean the bags yet . I just started to use them. The only problem so far is that the pull strings are unraveling .

This product is repeatedly described as Nylon. But when it came, it is clearly labelled Polyester. That's not necessarily a deal-breaker, but I want a product that is described correctly. There is apparently no way to get Walmart to correct this erroneous posting.

I purchased this product with the intent of using it in my ANVIL 10.5 GALLON FOUNDRY brewing system. It makes cleaning the "malt pipe” so much easier. My only complaint is I wish the dimensions were reversed. The height of the pipe is roughly 26” and because the bag is 24” long, it tends to slip down into the malt pipe when I rake the mash every 15 minutes or so. The string that lashes it to the vessel isn’t strong enough to hold it in place. However, it is super easy to clean and very durable.

Just started my first batch of mead using these and so far I’m really impressed! I can already see how this investment has streamlined the process. If these are easy to clean I’m a return customer for sure 😁🍾

Fit perfectly in the press and gave a clean filtered juice without foam. So sturdy, I will be using them for years to come.

Awesome product, strains out even the smallest stuff, will definitely purchase again when the run there life cycle. The bags can be more time-consuming to use compared to other brewing equipment!

I use to to drain water from Cabbage and Eggplant for my cabbage/🍆 fufu.it was so smooth and very easy to clean. Thanks for attention!

I've used a lot of deferent bags in my 100+ brews. This one is by far the tightest one i've ever used. It held in a lot of wort. I squeezed and squeezed and there was still more in there. If you use this bag, I would suggest a longer mash, and maybe even a little sparging.

I used it to pasteurize substrate for growing oyster mushrooms. It help up well during the draining process and cleaned up easy.

Very easy to use and clean after completed with job. Works well in conjunction with cheese cloth for doing extra fine filtering.
