I have always worn a size small in hats but they don't offer just a size small but it looked so cute and quite different than other bucket hats I had to see if a sm/med would work. However I can't even really tell if I like it or not as it covers part of my face.It is 100% cotton but I always wash my baseball hats in the dishwasher so that they don't lose their shape. There are no contacts and ebay has none with the manufacturer either. This product looks and feels great, and I like the quality. However, I wish they would have provided some sort of notch on the base plate to prevent the arm from perpetually rotating downward after extended use. I can tighten the screw all I want, but ultimately it keeps slipping around the base plate since there is no notch to prevent this.
