Two thumbs up!: Bakeware

I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing because of the bad reviews describing a bad/unsuitable lid, but I still didn't think about using the lid I have bought. As you can see in the video, even the one-handed lid opens and closes like a champ! Also add yours to see if I use it! I highly recommend the product!

My favorite brownie pan

Many years ago I had a glass pan like this. I don't know what happened to him, but I knew I wanted the same. I love how my cakes bake and come out when I bake them in it. The lid is perfect too. Keeps cakes fresh without demoulding. The thickness of the glass is exactly what I was looking for. And cleaning is always easy.

Great little plates

These little glass plates are delicious. Babies fit snugly enough to close securely, but not so tight that food doesn't mix up and spill out when you take them off. They can be stacked and washed in the dishwasher. I immediately started using them to make cupcakes, separate casseroles into two families, and store lots of leftovers. I don't know how I managed without her. Good product!

Confusion about using the toaster!

I purchased and received an 8 inch glass baking pan from Anchor Hocking a week ago. The kit included care and use instructions that said "Do not use in toaster ovens" - this caveat did not appear on the Revain site. I bought from I was planning to use this dish in a Cuisinart Chef convection toaster. I've emailed the manufacturer to see if it's safe for me to use, but haven't received a response. I'm very disappointed as this is exactly the dish I wanted but now I don't know if it's safe to…

This is an excellent dish.

This casserole dish is exactly what I wanted, a flat thick glass shape. It is 2.25 inches tall from the post to the top of the easy grip handles. I intend to use it for a half-batch Bavarian chocolate cream dessert, using Nabisco chocolate waffles for the baver creme crust, with whipped cream and egg whites on the waffle crust. (The entire recipe is too much for one person before the whipped cream starts to break down.

Good cookware, lousy lid

I have already baked several dishes in this cookware and am completely satisfied. I would buy it again. But only if it comes with a less finicky lid to remove. It is also not very comfortable to wear. So it's something you might never come across - like you never store something in a dish that needs to be kept fresh, or you don't take it to dinner or the like - in which case you have it configured. But for me, getting in and out of my brownies was more annoying than brownies are supposed to be,
