Excellent furniture protection from your cat
This double-sided tape is wide and you get very little for your money. It works very well - it sticks to our sofa without leaving any residue while being sticky enough to scare the cat away. Now he completely avoids these spots (after a day he put his paw in the tape and decided that he didn't like it). The film on the sofa is not visible at all. The only complication is that it's difficult to start peeling off the backing - I suggest using the edge of a knife to start. Then it can be easily pulled off.
