The man's feet are wide - usually wears a 9.5 4E so I'm getting an 11.5 and they fit very well - not too big. Never walk up and down in heels - shaped and sit well in heels. True to size and not too long. Nice color Comfortable husband walks 7-9 miles a day to work and Asics Gel Nimbus Gore-Tex is the only shoe I buy him. I usually buy 2-3 pairs of the same color/style because goretex has been hard to come by for a few years now and my husband uses 2-3 pairs a year. These shoes do not hurt the knee or the foot! And feet stay dry when it's wet and warmer when it's cold. I ran 5 miles in the park every day to lose weight and tried every shoe - only Asics allowed me to walk without pain in my feet.
