I LOVE THIS LIGHT! A friend recommended it and she was absolutely right! I'm a photographer and I need light to look good when meeting and interacting with clients. I used the entire photo light setup but it was agony and I couldn't move my computer. I needed something where I can a) adjust the light intensity so I don't go blind during meetings and b) have different color settings so my pale face doesn't look like some creepy zombie/ghost that wants to crawl over your computer and eat your soul. THIS FIXES IT! :-) (Thank god it was bad for business. I don't want people to know I'm eating souls until they order it for me.) It's lightweight, sticks really well and is easy to use. As you can see in the photos you can customize the different tones and also make them lighter or not lighter as you wish. I also think it's bright enough to use outdoors to fill in shadows when chatting outside. The suction cup mount also adjusts in a number of ways, allowing you to aim the light so it doesn't hit you directly if you'd like. Very cool! I will also use it for makeup because it's so much cheaper than a fancy backlit mirror and I'm way too cheap to buy both. I attach it directly to the mirror, twist it and that's it! It's plastic, which I like so I don't have to worry about it breaking in my computer bag when I travel. All in all a great item that I would highly recommend. A NOTE. My PC's USB ports hum when set to a lower light level, loud enough for the mic to pick up, but it does NOT when plugged into a wall or Mac. Since it's either not a problem if you have a Mac, or it's easy to fix with a $1 pad or with the light on all the time, I'm not deducting a star as that little light is a great deal. * We have two, one for us and one as a gift, and both hum rather loudly when plugged into my computer in lower light conditions. However, when we plug them into the block in the outlet, they're fine, and they were fine on my husband's Mac too. I think the buzz is enough for a computer mic to pick up if you had a meeting. So grab a usb box from the dollar store so you can plug it into the wall and you're done! Without taking off the star, since this problem is so easy to solve, it does not occur on all computers, and the light is so cheap. THERE IS NO UNIT INCLUDED, I've only shown one in the picture to show that it's easy to plug into the wall if it's buzzing for you.
