I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a basic kit. They are very cozy and warm. They don't rub anywhere, are very soft and follow the body very well. I'm 6ft 2in and 180lbs and bought a medium size. They fit very well, although at first I doubted they could be too short. The legs are long and I even have a bit more leg length because there is a lot of space in the crotch; the torso is also the perfect length and falls much lower where I have a strap to tuck it in; My arms are a bit short, but since it's a base layer, it's not a big deal. Due to the training, I also have large chest and shoulders and the top fits me very comfortably. The overall quality of the fabric is also excellent - thick and durable.
