Thick mixed curly hair is best right now

As someone who used to struggle growing their own hair, the ability to cleanse my scalp was only a luxury when I looked could take the time to ruin it. Finger comb or gently comb diagonally. In the photo I have dry hair, not too coarse, but I only use cheap Cantu products as I need a lot. That's a great thing! I used to have a Da*iso plastic thing that broke from having to press so hard on my scalp. And my fingers hurt and get damaged. I make sure my scalp wears conditioner and is damp in the shower, and I use it all over in small back and forth motions. Some of us will never be able to do a full "cleanse," but basically it is. The needles withstood my intense pressure and movement without breaking. Easy to hold. Tilting the head also helps take this weight off so the skull can be cleaned. If you only wash together, the cleanliness is huge.

Pros
  • Great selection
Cons
  • Makes me nervous
