I got this because my back is itchy which I can't reach and I'm alone most of the day or night depending on when my husband is working. and using the wall and acting like a bear just doesn't work anymore. You are perfect! I can open them to any length I want. And even when they're fully open - I can press down firmly to relieve that itch - and the wand doesn't bend or break yet. I have 2 of these so I always have one next to me and the other in my truck. Love it!
