Update: After working with the machine, I've learned that each button has three sound settings. For example, pressing the lightning button a second time gets you more thunder with some rain. I still get the odd skip and the rain can be too much of a trickle at times, but it's a good machine and I'll stick with it.The seller responded to my original review, which I deleted as it was a user error situation. They were very nice and that kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Thanks!
