It was supposed to be for 2 bills

The title of this product says it should be for 2 bills but I only received one. I skipped it because $9 for the retail price for one sounds right. The product itself is ok, I used to use a make-up remover balm that is more expensive but more pleasant. They are equally effective, a type of Neutrogena smells like mineral oil, which is released easily, but also contains no flavors. I'll probably continue to use it as it's half the price of an auto repair shop, it gets the job done and isn't a nuisance.
