I was very disappointed that I could not find out where the product was made until I bought it and physically held it in my hands. "Made in California" does not mean "Made in America". This is a Chinese product and I would not order it if I knew from the product description. waste of money and time.

OMG I've found my perfect cleansing balm. Fresh light citrus aroma. It melts on contact to a light oil. Dissolves makeup on contact. Rinses off beautifully and my skin has NEVER felt as soft as it does after cleansing and drying. I don't want to tell anyone about this. So it's not sold out until I order a few shares. This is my 4th or 5th balm I've knitted. My search is over. I entered 9.5.

***Updated review below*** I was looking for clean cleansing balms. The ones that remove eye makeup (I use waterproof mascara and light eye shadow) and just feel great. I bought several. To be honest I don't have a single complaint about this product. Well maybe they don't offer gallon size lol! I liked the scent but that's about it. When I opened the box it looked so lumpy and unattractive. Also feels very waxy. The box says "Love from California" and underneath it says "Designed in the USA but made in China" which I find to be unacceptable for skincare. I'm not familiar with this company - I'm not interested in putting Chinese-made skincare products on my face.

Removes eye make-up very well, does not leave a greasy feeling and does not irritate skin or eyes. The packaging is a little flimsy, but not critical.

It smells really good, looks really good and looks very luxurious. I have no complaints and it really deserves 5 stars. I too will redeem, because why not!
