We've recently started upgrading our office phones with Polycom SoundPoint IP 335 phones. All of the phones are connected via Power-Over-Ethernet (POE), so it makes sense to spend less on one model that doesn't. A power cord isn't included because we don't need it. We use them with RingCentral and they work great, although they do take some time to set up. Overall, this is a HUGE improvement over previous phones. Here are some of the biggest changes: 1) Voice quality is definitely better. 2) There are more lines which helps as we have higher ringer volume - and everyone complains about the "call waiting" ringing in the ear on the previous 2 line phones. 3) The user interface is easier to use. I personally don't see any advantage of the color screen over more expensive models, so we feel comfortable here. Highly recommend these phones if you use VOIP, especially if you also use POE. If you don't use POE, you need an extra power cable for your phone.
