Review on Altek Solutions by Sean Patel

The ability to view all reports in one place, which makes it very easy to access, update and analyze information.The interface could be easier to navigate, especially when working with multiple users. The time spent learning how to use the software can be frustrating. We have been able to improve our reporting through Altek. They worked closely with us throughout the implementation process. The support was exceptional. There are many benefits to using Altek. The best I've seen is that they have been able to solve some problems we had through the implementation.
