It turns out that in this model, communication is carried out using a special USB / RJ45 cable, which, for the sake of environmental concerns, is not included in the kit (the BX1100CI-RS has a USB Type B connector, and you can use a standard cable). It seems that they are obliged to supply this USB / RJ45 cable for free if necessary, the address of the site page for ordering is indicated, but it is redirected to the support contact form. It was at night, it was too late to call, I began to study where to find this cable. They sell on Ali for 2022 some firms sell for more than 4 thousand, they offer somewhere for 100, you can do it yourself, but there are many different wiring options. In short, an hour or more spent studying this issue. The next day I called the representative office, they said that yes, they would send this cable free of charge by courier and they dictated to me the content of the letter that I should write and the email address. After sending, I received one response from the robot and, it seems, two responses from a living person. A few days later, the courier brought me a very simple posting in the form of for a maximum of 100. Everything worked. This is what I'm all about: 1. If someone bought something similar, then keep in mind that yes, APC also in 2022 delivers a communication cable for free, which they did not put right away for the sake of "environmental protection", you do not need to buy it for big money. 2. Rather than just plug it in and forget it, I've spent a relatively long time on solving a "sucked up" problem. Didn't like it. 3. Yes, and the representative office itself spent a lot of its efforts and money on the courier service. Wouldn't it be easier for everyone if APC put this cable in the box or communicated using a standard cable like the Back-UPS BX1100CI-RS?
