Cool stuff! Surprisingly bright! I agree with other posts that it doesn't come with instructions, but it's incredibly easy! All the wiring is already done for you. The eyelets for connecting to the battery poles are already installed, the relay is already connected, the built-in fuse is pre-connected and the switch is pre-connected. When you open the box, you can literally plug it in and turn it on in less than a minute. The time consuming part will be mounting it on your car and running the cables.
