Although I made the purchase in the spring, it wasn't until the summer heat wave hit the city that I realized how useful it really is. Compared to my office chair, I can see that this one is noticeably softer, but that at high temperatures the material becomes sticky to the hands, making it uncomfortable to touch. Feels like it's warming up on its own just by sitting on it. None exists in the house, maybe because of the absence of heat-trapping upholstery. Perhaps another possibility. It's not a complicated design, and I put it together entirely by myself.
