Review on Copiny by Walter Hodzic

I like the fact that I can see how others are using the platform, what is working for them and what isn't. I can also see what the community is saying with regards to my product. I dislike that I can't reply to comments as I need to be logged in. I have found that the analytics is a little bit confusing. I don't get how to interpret them. I would like to be able to see a breakdown of where my customers are located. I don't understand why my customers in the UK are being charged more than customers in the US. I would like to be able to change this. I am solving the problem of how to get feedback and suggestions from customers and also how to keep them engaged.
