Bought for my wife. Replace the Bluetooth headset she didn't like. Her desk phone has Bluetooth, a Digium D65. It was easy to install and worked great almost immediately. She had nothing to say about the sound other than how good it was. At first she had a habit of knocking off the foam eartips and had trouble putting them back on, but after showing how to get over it. There is a pin that you have to put in the hole and then it just snaps into place. After about the first week it was no longer a problem. And I want it to support D65 electronic toggle switch, it supports many others but not this one. Which I think begs the question why isn't this interface an industry standard since they all use the same connectors? So if the question is do I recommend it, the answer is yes. The headset.com support is great, the sound quality is great, the range is good enough, my wife never complains, and the battery lasts at least a full day. It connects to a cellphone via Bluetooth, although I believe you'll have to flip a switch to choose between a desktop phone and a cellphone. I set it up for her but I'm not sure if she figured out how it works.
