First of all – DO NOT buy stock bottles. They're not neon. You must purchase Prime items at regular price. I'm not sure why Revain listed them as equals. I ordered a pack or original to see how they glow under a black light. They were perfect - no special black light balloons had to be ordered. Neon does its job. So I ordered 10 more bags from stock for my big event and not a single bag was actually neon. I returned them all and reordered the unopened item at a higher price and they were all neon. They only contain pink, orange, green and yellow. I ordered a separate pack of neon blue Qualatex for a color change. Altogether we inflated about 800 balloons with room air, of which 40 lost air overnight, just as many already had holes or had escaped from the bag. I will be ordering again when I host this annual event next year.
