I love having everything in my hands at once. They are so good together! They are not flimsy and so far none have broken. I bought pure jojoba oil to use internally. I love using them and giving them to others to share with them. I can't wait until they run out to take apart and refill :) Maybe I'll add an essential oil in there for the scent. I received all 5 pens in the package although I saw some were missing. The little ziplock plastic bag they come in is a lovely pink color and there are instructions on the back. They are supplied without a pipette or other tools, but can be filled with a dropper bottle. The brush tips go in upside down, just take them out, apply oil to the pen up to the first line and insert the brush tip. It's fully inserted when it's between him and an oil-filled piece. They can be reused by disassembling the bottom parts when the bowl is empty. There are good videos on YouTube if you are looking for how to take them apart.
