I have not fully tested my Renogy system, I will be following up with an equipment performance review. The majority of my system were bought from vendors such as Walmart, except for (1) lithium battery bought directly from the Renogy website. The following is my experience dealing directly with the Renogy customer support team regarding an issue that was never resolved to my satisfaction. Handles heavy loads.

I purchased two 50AH Renogy lithium-Iron batteries. I was so impressed by the light weight I almost forgot how much they cost. I am disabled with a back issues and I realized I can no longer pick up and move lead acid batteries without paying a price the next day. I can pick up the 50AH battery and carry it under my arm. I put a voltage meter on the battery and it was above 13 volts. I hooked them up to a 3000 watt inverter and hit the switch, I was able to run a 1500 watt toaster and then a…

Zero issues with the company, equipment

Renogy gets a lot of hate. I researched extensively before I purchased this. I had many questions for techs about the build process and cells. Everything checks out. They were mostly easy to contact, if not they'd call back. I've been running mine for about six months with renogy solar panels and charger. Everything works great. As long as there's some sunshine I don't even think about it anymore. As far as tracking your voltage, avoid their Bluetooth system. It's crap. Get an Aili voltmeter…

I have a solar bank for my RV with 4 of these in parallel. I can watch TV all day and run the heat at night with no problem. That's my feedback.

I bought two at the same time but as separate orders. One came no issues. The other was in someone’s returned box and missing the blue starter cord and larger nuts. So far batteries are awesome but finding the Zero cable gauge had been a challenge.

100% one time in my review

I've only been able to get the battery charged up to 100% on the initial charge. Since discharging, I come come close, 98.8%, but not a solid 100%.The battery performs nicely otherwise.

The app does not work

Might be a good battery but the app that tells you if it's charging and what the current charge is does not work at all. That's a lot of money for a failure.

Terrible Customer Service

I purchased a 12V 100Ah Lithium Battery w/Self-Heating Function. I installed it in a camp trailer and charged with shore power for over a week. The first time using it on the third night out camping the battery went completely dead during the night. I was able to turn it back on with the activation switch and charge it with a generator. After about 4 more days when I was back home it went completely dead again. It took 44 days to receive a replacement battery from the time I first called Renogy

A Good Value, But Protect the Communication Ports

These batteries are a good value and work very well.The major downside, however, is the communication ports on the top. If these get damaged, Renogy provides no repair option except to replace the entire battery. If the batter turns off and the ports are damaged, you can't turn it back on with a damaged port even if the entire battery itself is fine.The ports are on a small circuit board that should be replaceable, but Renogy provides no replacement option and no official repair option.So be…
