I purchased two 50AH Renogy lithium-Iron batteries. I was so impressed by the light weight I almost forgot how much they cost. I am disabled with a back issues and I realized I can no longer pick up and move lead acid batteries without paying a price the next day. I can pick up the 50AH battery and carry it under my arm. I put a voltage meter on the battery and it was above 13 volts. I hooked them up to a 3000 watt inverter and hit the switch, I was able to run a 1500 watt toaster and then a large microwave. After hooking panels to the batteries I ran an air conditioner for a half hour and pulled the battery down less than 18 percent. This is only day one, but I plan to buy more batteries after I see my actual power usage. Good batteries so far!
