since i got my iphone i always use lifeproof cases because i drop my phone all the time and never have problems but i recommend buying direct from lifeproof and not here bc I think it might be fake. I bought these in early October and by the end of November a piece covering the light opening had already broken off. I didn't force it or anything, I just took it off to plug in my headphones and it just broke. In the past, when I bought directly from Lifeproof and sent a photo of a broken case, they sent me a new one for free! I don't see a way to do that here, so I'll buy my cases direct from now on. This is also the only time people complain that they can't hear me when I'm on the phone with them. I HAVE to use headphones or I have to basically yell into my phone which is a mess. This has never happened in any of my other rescue cases.
