I am very happy with this product and would happily recommend it to all my colleagues. I chose the plug option instead of the car plug. Often we fight over a microwave to keep in our hospital canteen and it can be VERY difficult when you only have 30 minutes and 100+ people want to use the same microwave. This product has completely eliminated this problem for me. Decided to try it at work and warm up a slice of pizza and calzone. I did this about 1 hour before my supposed break and when I could get off. My food was perfectly reheated. I ordered the product and before I knew it, it was delivered well before the scheduled date. The packaging is so beautiful. I like the packaging that the product comes in. It shows exactly how big the handheld is and almost reminds me of a (hot) lunch box lol. The instruction manual is very reliable and explains how to get the best results from your purchase and I found it very nice. I highly recommend this product.
