If you were going to take your door panel off to put new speakers in, you may as well soundproof it. I put this on the very inside of the door as well as what you can see in the picture here. It makes the door sound so much more solid and I believe it improved the sound quality of the speaker output. I plan on adding this to all four doors to soundproof the cabin a little bit more. It was very easy to put on. Just peel and stick. I used a pair of leather gloves tonight at the sticky stuff on my hands. Make sure you don’t drop it on the floor and step on it with your shoes because that stuff will get on your shoes and it’s hard to come off. Other than that stuff is a great product over the namebrand stuff
