We received this Saturday and gifted it to my five year son as part of his pirate birthday gift. We purchased because the item does not contain yellow dye (allergy). The box was sealed with tape and appeared to be packaged well. As I cut the plastic wrapping the actual bath bomb, I could tell there was a slight bit of loose powder. I just dumped that straight in the bath and started to drop the main part of the ball. The loose powder quickly disolved and about 20-30 tiny bug shells appeared in the tub. As you can see the water and tub are spotless. You can also see two of the shells still in the remaining part of the bomb that I am holding. I quickly grabbed the drain to keep them off of my son because the tub was filling. I broke apart the rest of the bath bomb and it seems they were only located on one side of the bath bomb that was broken/loose. It was INSIDE the plastic wrap so it did not happen in transit. I have contacted the manufacturer directly and am waiting on a response. The bugs/shells were hard and round. I am so thankful I was watching closely and that it wasn’t a bubble bath.
