We received this Saturday and gifted it to my five year son as part of his pirate birthday gift. We purchased because the item does not contain yellow dye (allergy). The box was sealed with tape and appeared to be packaged well. As I cut the plastic wrapping the actual bath bomb, I could tell there was a slight bit of loose powder. Loose screws. not helpful given there are no install instructions even online for this brand. My 4 year old LOVED everything about this product. She loves arts and crafts and is very adamant she does it all on her own so this was the perfect thing. We have since purchased more as gifts for our friends of similar age! They take on average around 30-45 mins to finish and you can re-do them as often as you want whilst changing the colors. Everything about this product is great, except for the mute button.Sometimes, it takes 1-3 seconds for the mute button to un-mute.This can get very annoying if you're constantly muting and un-muting yourself, or need to jump into a call immediately.Also, sometimes the mute function intermittently goes on and off automatically for a half second or two.Other than that, the quality is good from a construction standpoint.EDIT#1 - Customer service has been fantastic. This robe was supposed to be like a "sweatshirt.” Well, the only thing that it has like a sweatshirt is a hood! The material is heavy, stiff and very synthetic feeling - I doubt whether there is any cotton in it at all. And it fit me all over except my arms - don’t order if you have fat upper arms: it won’t fit. This is like the third robe I’ve ordered from revain in my quest for a cozy cotton sweatshirt robe.
