Good in its own way for wallboard

** This is my experience with the product. No approval expected. I am not claiming that the seller is the manufacturer of the product. ** The magic of these sockets is the built in sensor that activates the LEDs when darkness falls on the sensor. Trouble is, shadows can turn on the light - yes, including shadows from bulky plugs or thick cords you might want to plug into an outlet! The light sensor is located in the bottom left corner of the plate, next to the LEDs ("bottom” assuming the design is for light spilled downwards, like in dark passages). Considering that the main light in rooms often falls from top to bottom, it seems strange to place the sensor in the shadow of everything connected to it. The result is light sources that may want to be on all the time. Flipping and snapping the plate - light and sensor on top - is not a solution to the problem, as something in the design of the plates causes the plate's snapping power contacts to not line up with the insides of the socket. The top right center is not the same flipped center. I have a panel to work on the side mounted over an outlet near my ceiling! Wah wah wah. waaaa. This product needs to return to the drawing board.
